I HAVE FOUND THAT UPS WORKS VERY HARD AT FINDING SOME small print IN THEIR EFFORTS TO AVOID TAKING ANY RESPONSIBILITY FOR DAMAGE CLEARLY CAUSED BY CARELESSNESS ON THEIR PART. EVERYTHING IS ALWAYS THE CUSTOMERS FAULT - THE CUSTOMER IS ALWAYS WRONG. THEIR 'INSURANCE' IS TOTALLY USELESS AND DOES NOT APPLY IS ANY CASE OF DAMAGE CAUSED BY UPS MISHANDLING OF SHIPMENTS ENTRUSTED TO THEIR CARE.
