Approximately 1.5 years ago I had bought a fridge, stove and hood range from Bad Boy. Salesmen and other empolyees seemed very nice and helpful at the time of purchase... UNTIL they got our money. Not only did I have to keep calling to find out when I was going to get the merchandise I purchased (approx. 3 weeks late), they brought the wrong fridge - TWICE. Only to get a phone call with no apology, just an employee making jokes about it!!! After only having my fridge for approx. 3 months I noticed the fridge door wasn't fitting properly anymore. I had bought the extended warranty and when I called they told me it wasn't covered. I spent about 3 months on the phone and was transferred to 3 different people - being told the whole time that the door (falling off my fridge) was COSMETIC and wasn't covered under warranty. I've never seen a fridge without a door!! After threatening legal action, they finally agreed to fix my fridge "this time". Unbelievably horrible service. I can't believe they are still in business!! Worst experience ever... I will never shop there again!
