Complaint / review / scam report

My mother ordered me flowers to be delivered yesterday (Valentine's Day) and paid extra because it was a holiday. I received no flowers but her credit card had been charged. She tried numerous times to contact them through online and telephone with no luck. I tracked the order online which stated it had been cancelled which was not true!! I then proceeded to call and eventually got customer service who was incredibly rude to me and told me an e-mail was sent saying the area was full of deliveries so would be cancelled. NO EMAIL was received (which we had previously received one offering a discount because there website was not working properly) so there is no reason why a cancellation e-mail would not be received if actually sent and we checked every email folder. Then the lady argued with me saying the credit card had been refunded the same price which again WAS NOT TRUE! We now have to go through the credit card company and file a grievance as this was an expensive order of flowers. PLEASE NO ONE ORDER FROM THEM, YOU WILL ONLY BE INCREDIBLY DISAPPOINTED!!! I have been finding nothing but complaints online about this company!!
