Laszlo Parakovits - I overpayed $ 100.00 by accident even though I've provided transaction ID numbers item numbers etc.. he says he can't find the payment This guy won't answer the phone and autoresponds to all emails

Laszlo Parakovits of [email protected] has ripped me off for 100.00 US. I accidently overpayed by 100.00US. Now the payment I made cannot be found. He autoresonds to email and does not answer the phone. I've provided all info needed to find this transaction. I bet if I had paid too little he could find it quite easily.
