Seller sold me two office chairs advertised as new, for a total of about USD$120.
Both items arrived missing crucial parts that prevented them being assembled at all, rendering them useless piles of chair parts.
They suggested I find the parts at the local hardware store (impossible) and offered me an in-store credit of $25.
I went through the auction company's "Fair Trade" service but these people refused to mediate. I went through the credit card service (PayPal) but since Netclearances had kept me dangling for over a month on a "resolution", I ran out of time on both items.
They have not answered emails, repeated phone calls and basically I am left completely out of $120, with nowhere else to turn.
Thank you in advance.
