My Husband ordered a part for is snow blower at 5:00 PM and the next day at 9:00 AM he cancelled the order. The service had past his credit card. We are talking about November 25th 2011. We called December 16th 2011 because the amount was not credited on the card. The person at the parts desk told me that it can take up to 2 months before the money is put back on the card. Funny thing it took them about 5 minutes to charge me but it take them 2 months to refund.
Sears used to have exellent service but somewhere on the way they completly lost it.
I will never buy there again. We bought the same parts at a local motor parts at a lower cost and got the parts immediatly.
