NetClearances is a seller on e-bay. The ad claimed "New Nu Solid wood oak file cabinet with brass Handles." I received 3 slabs of partical board. No brass handels or drawers! The partical board was scratched and beat up. I payed $56.00. After 4 e-mails, netclearances decided to give me a $30.00 credit to their merchandise and refused to give me my money back.
