I purchased a Nintendo Game Cube on EBAY from these people. It did not work. Serveral faxes and emails to the company where finally repsonded to when I threatened to contact PAYPAL.
They asked me to return the goods, which I did via FedEx. I have the signature that they received the gamecube. They said they would replace, repair, or credit me for the product, but nothing has happened.
It has been 4 months and too late to file a claim with Visa, paypal or ebay. They held me off long enough that I couldn't get any satisfaction.
Stay away from this company! They are crooks!
