I purchased a Dell laptop computer from Rehan Qureshi and have never received it. I am not the only person he has ripped off. I have been in touch with 4 others so far who have been ripped off by the same individual.
We were all ripped off through eBay Auctions and although they have suspended this persons account no other action has been taken against him. I filed a complaint with PayPal just to be told they could not recover the money lost.
I have sent several emails to Rehan Qureshi but all were ignored. The one response I did get from him he asked me to repay for the item using a second PayPal account because his first account was messed up. Of course I told him I was not that stupid and no way was I paying him again.
Beware of the seller! Even though his eBay account was suspended does not mean he can not open a new account using another name or move on to another online auction site.
