Very unethical work process ships everything late has custumers waiting for rfefund shipments for weeks and months and only has email support which sucks and they take a week to respond TOTAL RIPOFF

I ordered 4 days ago on fedex express which in thier website says it should be here in 48 hours which is not bad but if shippins is one of your most important priorities SHIP ON TIME ive seen on thier forum people getting defective products and then having to wait 2 MONTHS to get a replacement. also there is no phone support i mean come on you own an online store you need customer support ESPECIALLy if you dont answer to email question within a week also ive seen other people who two have used fedex express and it has taken them 16 days for thier package to arrive and it was defective... CAN YOU BELIEVE THAT. i suggest no one but NO ONE to buy from divineo
