I have a son who is disabled, age 15. PlayStation is his joy.
I am a single mom with a 6 figured income ex-husband who does not pay child support. We are fighting to get it.
I work at Walmart to try to make ends meet in the "Electronics" dept. however I thought that the game Grand Theft Auto III at $8 and some change from Net Clearances was a good deal. I did realize the shipping was high at $9 for such a small item bringing the total to $18.59 but the joy it would have brought my child was worth it, I thought.
The game was listed with Lazalo's "system" as NEW. It came without the instructiions or any paperwork. The cover said "demo' on it and the cd was scratched.
When my son tried to play it, it played for just a few moments and then stopped. It is tottally useless.
I contated him and he sends the "same" email over and over offering a "credit" in his Ebay store. He has no more Grand Theft Auto Games. He refuses to refund the shipping, just the $8.59. He knows my situation but has no mercy or morals.
He is truly a scam artist and a man who will answer to the Lord one day for all the people he is cheating as cheating is stealing and one of the Ten Commandments.
I was able to buy the game at my store for under $18, now as the new grand theft auto is comeing out.
BEWARE of this man, do not buy from Net Clearances on ebay or any other site.
