Purchased videos from Netclearances on eBay. My check for $26.50 cleared the bank on Aug. 9, 2004. On Sept. 3 and again on Sept. 11, I emailed to ask about the shipment. They sent me a phony UPS tracking number saying the package was mailed, but the number was for a shipment within Canada, not to me in California.
Each time I email them, they answer with some kind of delay: Yes, it's coming; sorry for the problem; we will check our shipping department, etc.
I left word on their voice mail - a woman called back on Sept. 27. She didn't know anything about the problem, had no access to the emails, begged me not to report to eBay, and said she would check into the problem.
I believe they delay because eBay complaints must be filed within 90 days of the sale. They have over 2500 NEGATIVE FEEDBACKS on eBay in the last year, and 137 in the last month alone!
