Mr Laszlo Parakovits from Lazz Antiques and also of netclearance for which you have had previous complaints.
I am an Australian, who has been ripped off by Mr Parakovits in Four ways.
Firstly I asked for a postage cost before bidding to which he replied by email $86.00US (8 cups and saucers)
When the ebay invoice came it was $138.60US when I complained he said to check with the UPS air costs a link he had connected to the postage field, I did and paid the money. $218.60US In total.
Secondly, he then posted them by ground shipping.(Canada Post)
Thirdly The items never arrived. It is now 14 weeks since payment.
Forthly, I cannot make a claim through ebay because it has gone past 90 days. He keeps making excuses and has given me a tracking number for Canada Post which I am having investigated.
I now see he has been De-Registered from ebay, Does anyone know why? Maybe your previous complainers hit the nail on the head,
I believe a class action should be commenced. It would have world wide notority. and be a warning to any other wouldbe ebay rip off merchants. I am not taking this lying down and will not be treated like a fool.
I have made the following complaints to
Canada post, Competition Bureau of Canada and Canadian office of Consumer affairs also the Canadian Ministry of Canadian Services.
It will be interesting to see what response I get.
