Ok so Todd, the owner of Indie Snap has been selling Flex Dolly Tracks for film on ebay. I bought a Flex dolly track for about $750 and i eagerly contacted him, letting him know that i had payed the item, and that he could ship my package as soon as possible. As time went by, i realized that my package wasn't arriving and so i emailed him and he told me that the package had returned to him and was marked "undeliverable". He told me we was going to try sending it again, and after another failed attempt, i suggested he use UPS for shipping, that way i could have a tracking number to keep track of the package. He agreed, yet he never sent me a tracking number or any proof of the shipment. I bought the Package in September 22nd 2008, and it is now January 15th, 2009 and i still have not received my package. During Christmas i sent him an email stating that i wanted a refund, and he never answered to my emails. I had my friend who has an eBay account message him to eBay, and he responded to them in a matter of hours. I sent him an email explaining him that i was going to have to report him, and he said he was on vacations and he would get back to me as soon as possible. I gave him one last chance to refund my money, and i sent him an email on January 5th, and up till now he has ignored 2 more emails i have sent him. I will now take a further step and contact the credit card company and hopefully they can help me.
