Paid for a ladder tracking dolly to support a video camera on the 01st November 2008. Despite numerous excuses/assurances and giving me 'his word' that the item was going to be posted, it never arrived.
I was told that this was mentioned on some forums and I checked and realised that this was a familiar pattern with unhappy buyers.
Once you have paid, he prolongs the excuses for long enough that you go past the period where Ebay and it would seem, Paypal will help.
He shut down his operation as 'Indie Snap' and re-opened as 'Flex Dolly' selling the same products.
There ARE some satisified customers listed (unless he is somehow writing favourable responses himself), but a disproportionate amount of non-deliveries.
