Poor service and follow up

I went to him after being referred by my family doctor but I must say that I had an awful experience with him. Although I had an appointment he kept me waiting for 1 hour extra from the scheduled appointment time. Then when he attended me, he released me within 5 mins by giving me a heavy prescription without hearing my problem fully. I am greatly dissatisfied with his service.
