Eactivation of whitesmoke

Somehow I managed to delete my Whitesmoke edition. I am having one heck of a time to get it back on line since I purchased it in 2011. I have been without its use for over a year and it has already been paid for. A ll that I am asking is that it be reinstalled from the company's end. I have tried everything in my power to get it to work again but to no avail. Is there some service department of? Whitesmoke that surely can help me out? Incidentally I have already gone to the support group listed but that hasn't helped at all. My computer keeps telling me that the html files are missing from my computer.
