We ordered a 20 piece family bucket and also 2 large family mashed potatoes we got home to find that we got a 15 piece bucket no mashed potatoes and only 1 salad no gravy this meal cost me over 50 dollars and i did NOT get what I paid for. I am very dissapointed we tried calling the store and noone answers there so we drive across town again to be told that we will not be given our food or a refund. I am disgusted in the service and Hope that someone in charge will be able to keep this customer who has a family of 12 and we order every 2 weeks as it stands until i get a response we will Not be eating KFC
