My phone that I have purchased has broken 3 times already. Every time I send the phone back when I recieve the new one in the mail. The last phone they sent me was not needed as I had been able to fix my current phone. I waited to long to send it back so they billed me for not sending the phone back. I contacted Rogers and they said as long as they recieved it within the next 7 days I would not be billed. I paid for the shipping and kept the tracking number as the person on the phone told me to do. I called Rogers today as they have frozen my account. They recieved the phone back but refuse to remove it from my bill. Why was I told if I sent it back I would not be billed. I did what they asked me to do and now they have the phone that they want me to pay for. Why should I pay for a phone that they are keeping. The charge is $500.00. This is not right. I will be going all the way with this and never using Rogers again!
