Dent in brand new fridge
I purchased four brand new appliances manufactured in Oct. 2010. All of them were Samsung make. Out of these refrigerator had dents on two drawers. I informed dealer immediately, and either Samsung or the dealer should be responsible to resolve it but none of them have responded. As per Samsung it appears you to record all communication with dealer and go to court to prove your case.
