Samsung not responding to manufacturing /supply defect
I purchased four brand new appliances manufactured in Oct. 2010. All of them were Samsung make. Out of these refrigerator had dents on two drawers. I informed dealer immediately. Dealer told me that they have informed to Samsung and I will be getting phone call from them. After many days since there was no phone call. I tired to contact Samsung Canada. There is no positive response from Samsung Canada till date
