I purchased a DLP TV Samsung HLT-5076S.
I have a problem and an expert tells me I need a software update.
I contacted Samsung and they have no software updates for this model.
It is only 18 months old and I was told that they cannot help me and I will have to find someone near me who deals with Samsung. they could not even provide me with a Samsung agent.
To me, this is a very sad state of affairs when the company you bought from cannot help when the product goes wrong. In other words, I can do nothing and the set will have to be replaced at a cost of about $2000.00 CAN.
What a strange business world we have eh!
