So I bought a hair straightener from Corioliss in Oct 07 and by Jan 08, I couldn't get it to turn on (the switch was broken). Good thing there is a one year warranty! They gave me a new one!
In Aug 08, the exact same thing happened! So, I brought it back AGAIN and they gave me a new one. At least there was no hassel to get it. I get home and open the box and take a look at this straightener. There are little dents all over it and it is scratched up already.
They gave me a used one!!! Tomorrow I am going back to get ANOTHER one and they'd better give it to me or I will rip them a new one.
Things things cost over $200 and for a price like that, I expect a quality product!
