Yesterday on my way home from work. 2 french men roughly 5' 10 160lbs, approached me in a grey rental jeep. and said they were lost on their way back from a fashion show and wanted directions to get to the airport. i gladly gave them. when i was done the man made me a proposition! he said his company gave him a bunch of jackets to bring home with him but he wasnt willing to declare them at the airport. so he wanted to get rid of some at a rediculusly low price. $400 for 3 $900-$1400. i normally dont think twice about saying no to these kinda things. so i told him i couldnt do it. he then proceeded to pull out his business card and passport proving who he was... and like an idiot, i bought it. i brought the three jackets home to find a torn seam in 2 of the jackets. no way were these real.
i wish i would have stuck with my instincts. this looked way too good to be true!
