I found the H2PRO hair iron to be a waste of money. The sales person advertised that it does not damage your hair: It does! The time it takes to get a couple curls when trying to figure it out, at least two hours, my hair was really burnt out. It is fine as a hair straightener, but as it advertises itself as a curler as well, it is quite misleading.
The salesperson failed to say anything about how long it takes to get used to it. (An experienced hair stylist told me it took him three days to finally get it.) It is such a pain to use, I went ot return it and they refused to give a refund. What kind of product security is that?
H2PRO has led to continous fustration. Please give Eddie, the store managager, a call and tell him to give me, Christelle, her $193 back.

Thank you!!
