Wrong delivery and non delivery

I ordered 2 items from Bloomex that totaled $157.00. A poinsettia plant - $29.00 and a food basket -$109.00 for a relative for Xmas. I ordered these items on Dec.07/11 to be delivered in Fort Mac on the Dec.22/11. They used another florist in Fort Mac to send the poinsettia plant. The only item received by my relative was a large floral arrangement worth $ 65.00 and no food basket. I contacted the florist in Fort Mac and they advised me that they did not have the poinsettia I ordered so were advised by Bloomex to send an alternative arrangement. Bloomex at no time contacted me to let me know they could not produce what I ordered. What they advertise on the web site is not what you get delivered. The florist informed me that they did not do food baskets. When I used the live chat and left several phone messages no one from Bloomex contacted me about messing up my order. I was requesting a refund as I did not want to pay for a $157.00 flower arrangement that was not worth that amount. I have received a full refund from my credit card company and now Bloomex has lost all the funds from my order. I would suggest that if you paid by credit card you can lodge a complaint with your credit company and your funds credited back on your card. I will never use this company again and will ensure everyone I know doesn't either.
