Today i received in my po box a letter for a mystery shopper service. teh company is based in toronto. it is weststar shoppers information company. included with this was a check drawn on california community bank and the company listed is quantum guardian llc. i immediately contacted the bank and spoke to tiffany. she wanted me to send all originals to them to put in a box and they would take care of this. i explained that i had already looked up the company on the check quantum guardian and it is a licensed company in california. i told her the registered agent was mark goldstein and his address is 7737 kenmar court san diego ca 92121 and the phone # 858-566-9959. she confirmed this is a customer of the bank.

i asked how they could continue to allow this company to a be customer if they are committing fraud and the bank was aware of it. again she asked i send all docs to them. i told her i would fax copies but all originals and all information i find on these individuals would be delivered to my local fbi office.

if you get this in the mail, know the company is being protected by the bank and it is more effective to take everything to the fbi office closest to you and then contact the california secretary of state office to report this company.
