FRUADULANT PROMISES made by First Capital Consumers: A.K.A First Guardian National Bank...

I recieved a call one evening from a gentleman that intruduced himself as (Mark Chambers) from First Guardian National Bank.

He stated that First Guardian National Bank would like to offer me a credit line of $2500.00 from both Visa and Mastercard totalling $5000.00 in credit and a free cellular phone to boot.

Mr. Chambers told me that I was already preapproved, all I need to do is pay $199.00 which would be a one time fee for the life of these cards with %0 percent interest the first year and 9.8% after that for the remaining life of the card.

Mr. Chambers stated I would be able to use these cards at all Visa and Mastercard locations and cash advances daily for no extra charge. Mr. Chambers stated that he would have someone call me back within one half hour someone from the approval dept. would be contacting me to insure the promises made by him and to retrieve my billing info.
Sure enough some one called and I compied with their request and divoldged my information.

To this day I am still waitng for my card and First Guardian National bank has probably spent the money they fraudulently stole from me and many other fiancial strapped folks like myself.
