I receieved a call from Mark Walters with First Guardian National
Bank on August 14th 2002. He stated that i had been preapproved for a credit with a limit of $2, 000. I ask him how did he get my information he stated that i husband called in some time ago. i told him that i wasnt interested but he kept going on about you cant beat a &2, 000 credit card.

I then asked him how much he $199.00 i said no that's okay i dont have $199.00/he then said said i'll send the card out have you every heard of a cash advance i said yes, he said i could have a cash advance of $199 from the card to cover fees for my checking account.

I said well i guess he then begin qouting all of my personal information for mself and my husband (checking# Add, ssn#) which at that time i kind of had a big question mark in my head.

After finishing the call i received a call a security company to verify my info. He stated i would receive the card by Aug 26th no card but they withdrawl $199.00 form my checking on Aug 23rd.
