First Capital Consumers ripoff dishonest advertising requested refund one month ago no word or info yet fraudulent ripoff business

Full Name is Richard and Anthea Emerson. Amount of $199.00 was debited from our checking account/debit visa on July 9, 2002.

We live in Deltona, Florida and our telephone number is 386-860-9242.

We have been trying to get a refund for about 5 weeks now with no luck. They keep on telling us we have to call after three o'clock and speak to a Joy Brown in the accounting Dept. They said she is the only one who can help us.

Everytime we call after three and we do get a hold of them, they always say that they don't know when Ms. Brown is working and don't know her schedule.

We always get the round-a-round and we don't know what else to do. We really need our money back. Please help in any way you can.
