First Guardian International ripoff

I was contacted by a Ms. Caroline Cannon from First Guardian International Office Marketing Company in which I was told that I was guaranteed a (Master & Visa) credit card with a $2, 500.00 balance. She said that all I had to do was give her my bank account information i.e acount number and routing number. She gave me a pin number and a phone number to reach her if i had any questions that later turned out to be disconnected. She also told me that all she needed was a one time debit of $199.00.

Later when I didn't recieve the cards I tried to contact them and found out that the number had been disconnected and changed to another number that was hooked up to an answering machine that said "you have reached David Poor and Kirkpatric". I couldn't leave a message because the answering machine was full. At that point I knew it had been a scam.

I hope that they find these individuals and take appropriate action to see that are punished to the fullest extent of the law.
