Add me to the list of suckers who fell for the "can't lose" sales pitch by this company (Dwayne Krywulak). I've followed the threads on this board, and it blows me away that this "James" guy would spend so much time defending the company rather than acting as an advocate to fix the problems. It's just further proof of this company's stall tactics. They bank on the fact that most people will just give up. I would just like to hear from ONE person that actually did get their money back. What James says is bull..i followed all the rules, even paid a lawyer 40 bucks to notarize my ownership, figuring $60 back was better than nothing. I mailed all required paperwork on time after 3 months back in July, and I havent received any credit or responses to any of my calls or emails. I reported them to the BBB and their file went unanswered as well.
If and when they ever do respond, im sure it will be to say "we never received anything" or some other lame defense.
$100 per customer adds up to a lot of money... can you say "class action"?
