This outfit hopefully will soon be shut down - complete ripoff sales pitch -- After seeing your car listed on other websites cars.com etc - a sales woman from this outfit with an attractive voice will call you to tell you she has a few buyers for your vehicle at the asking price. My situation - she said she had two buyers and my car would be sold by the end of the week. Never heard from any potential buyers??? Because their weren't any!!!!
Actually, so they just see you list and lie to you to get your $$$. They offer you a 90 day guarantee if the car doesn't sell - from other complaints it looks like it's not easy to get it back. They are hoping you will go away - don't let them off! The best is when you call and ask for a manager - they say he is not in - then ask for a full name and they give you just a first name (James) - ask who you are speaking to and they only give you a first name (Jocelyn). What a freakin joke - obviously if the business was on the up and up it would be able to furnish the managers first and last name - major red flag!!! I personally have called to speak to manager more than 4 times and never available and no return call from either him or my original sales person "Sasha" most likely these are all fictious names.
Very aggravating to deal with these people and they need to be held accountable for their actions and serious fraud - they are providing no additional service once they get your money. I was told several times they would update me and never heard from anyone. Cars.com lists your car for $50 for 60 days then if still not sold will relist for free. This is a legitimate service and doesn't lie to you saying they have a buyer or two. This Co. is taking $158 and lying from the start to get you to use them. The BBB has been alerted numerous times so hopefully this dispicable business owner will be eliminated soon.
