My issue with Firepay is very simple but starting to frusterate me. I overdrafted my bank account accidentaly and paid hundreds of dollars in fees to firepay. I paid 25 $ each and every overdraft. Which is policy and is understandable.

I decided that one of my friends or someone i know may have been using my firepay account and spending my money. I informed my bank that i wanted to close my orginal bank account and reopen another because I felt that one of my friends or someone i knew my have been using my firepay account.

The bank informed me that i could always file a fraud report and try to get back a few bucks. I really just wanted to end this mess and i thought i had. I was told the bank wouldnt have much of a chance of accepting the fraud report. Well little did i know the bank did. They accepted two of the deposits.

A few days later i recieve an email from firepay stating that they are returning two deposits to my bank because they did not get paid. So just when i thought i was done dealing with firepay i get this.

My bank thought that firepay got paid and was trying to get paid again possibly. I became frusterated. Firepay stated that i owe $386.97. I went to the bank on the 13th of July, 2006 and got a certified bank check for that amount. At this point im ready to just pay them and get this over with. I was ready to just pay up and except this but there was a thought one small issue.

I didnt have Firepays mailing address. I checked and rechecked firepay emails, and the site looking for the mailing address. Finally on 14 July, 2006 after i have sent several other emails i informed them if dont hear from them in 24 hours with the mailing address i will assume that they do not wish to pursue this issue any further. Since that date and time i have called them roughly 6 times and waited on hold for 10-20 minutes never getting any answer. I also emailed them atleast 5 times asking for the mailing address. At this point in time im frusterated and i supposibly owe this $386.97 by 20 July, 2006. Firepay claims in the emails they sent me about the money i owe that if i dont pay them by 20 July, 2006 they will enforce their policy. Im not sure what that means but they arent going get the 386.97 until they contact me with the mailing address.

As of today 16 July, 2006 I called twice and waited on hold for 15 minutes, i then left a voice message under Firepays "general mailbox". I still havent recieved a call back. I also emailed them twice more asking the same simple question. Im assuming they dont want my money because, your emails are supposed to be answered within 5 minutes. Firepay claims their agents are online non stop and answering responses. I have done more than my fair share to rectify this situation but it has gotten to the point where Firepays lack of customer service will cost them $386.97 if they dont contact me by 20 July, 2006.

I find it a little funny because after all i have done to rectify this situation they cant answer my one question i ask. Im filing this report to see how many other firepay customers have to jump through all of these hoops.

If the 20th of July passes before i get a response, they arent getting their money. If they cant take 10 seconds to answer one of my 20 times i tried to contact them my money must not be that important. Im never going to deal with firepay again and im going to cancel my service ASAP.Contact me if you have also experienced Firepay uncooperation!
