Hi, i started with hair club with good intentions.never mind their initial lies about so called bio-matrix is non existent.they mean WIG.i went along any ways hoping it get better along the way.no it got onlt worst.degrading quality of services, strong armed sales pressures. i had to put up with melting tapes, liquid glue and wig was moving side to side and shifting all around.once had enough of lies, deceptions i demanded answer well they had non but to push for up grade so wind up paying for their lies and mistakes. finally i write and demanded refund.guess what they did to me?
few hours later i was cancelled over telephone with threats.they accused me of bad behaviour and harassments? yes i was shocked to learn this sales person and her good buddy manager together they foiled a lie to get reed of me. so i was out.no hair but an old dying one ans no products and nowhere to go.yes i sank into depression, all i asked was integrity and honouring contract.
they hurt me so bad to date i can't just believe it.i contacted BBB, consumer protections... i don't feel good even now.i will take this club for every penny i could get my hands on also take some of it's staff who lied to me and made homophobic remarks about me to court of justice i assure you all..shame on you hair club..please keep on posting it will be useful, don't give up, even once a week post in all on line sites.thanks.
