Poor Customer Service

The company finally delivered my order 7 months after I'd put down a deposit. They didn't bother to call me, I had to call them several times to find out that the delivery date would be pushed back and back and back. When I asked to speak to the manager, I was told that he didn't speak to customers, and never returned my call. No mention of changing the order, no mention of compensating for the terrible customer service despite my repeated requests. Do not spend your hard-earned money here. You might regret it like I do.
