Every bad thing you read about this company is true. They are vultures, they pursued me relentlessly and I finally listed with them, because "after all, there is a 90 guarantee". I followed the refund policy to a tee, and received a standard letter back telling me that I did not meet the requirements for a refund.
I've called, I even tried to drop by their office with my refund form, within the 7 day period. After driving around for an hour I gave up and sent my refund claim by registered mail on day 6, with the required documentation (documentation that was never mentioned to me on the phone during the 30 min sale pitch to me while I was on vacation or on the next 2-3 phone calls when I got back.)
Just stay away... someone needs to put these people out of busines!!! This company does not make money selling cars... they find clients in the Auto Trader and pursue them... that's their business... selling adds and not keeping promises... they are scam artists!!!
