I listed my vehicle in the truck trader for sale. Several days later I received a call from Great Cars and Trucks assuring me that if I listed my vehicle with them for a fee of $150.00 that they would be able to sell my vehicle within 90 days. If it didn't sell I was quaranteed to received my $150.00 back as long as I followed their refund policy. I had to have it notarized and mailed with in so many days from the expiration date or it would be invalid.
Well to make a long story short my vehicle didn't sell with them. So to the date of the expiration I immediately got the form notarized which cost me $20.00 and sent it in on time to receive my refund.
It was stated on the form that it could take a few months to see the refund credited back to my credit card. If I didn't receive it after a few months I was to contact them. I called the office in Canada and was told that they didn't place our add I needed to call another number. I left a message for someone to contact me and of course no one returned my call. I emailed and no returned my emails.
They took a lot of money from people and I think they need to be investigated as to how much and charged for misrepresentation.
