I am extremely disappointed by the lack of results with this company, who did all but promise to sell my car quickly. Before I signed up, the agent assured me that there were hundreds of real people looking for just this type of car. I was suspicious, but she convinced me that AMS could be very helpful in selling my car.
She was so convincing that I admit I "bought it" and paid the $99 non-refundable package. After a week or so and not one nibble from any, I called to say I wanted out. I was told to give it more of a chance, so I did. Now, today, after three weeks and not a single phone call or email, I called to cancel the service and request at least a partial refund.
I was informed that this was simply not possible as my package was non-refundable. I replied that I understood this, but that I also understood that they would generate some interest in the vehicle (which is a beauty, by the way). I feel that I was sold a bill of goods and wasted my money.
Even a partial refund would have made me feel better about this; however, they chose to take a hard line.
I SHOULD NEVER HAVE BELIEVED THEM AND WILL NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES AGAIN. CAVEAT EMPTOR!!
