Do not give this company your money. The customer service is awful. Chances are you will not receive a call or email back once they have your money. When your vehicle does not sell and you attempt to get your money back you have to jump through hoops. The address on their website that you are suppossed to send your refund request to is not even the correct address. If and when they receive it it is a 2-3 week wait for your refund cheque. Lots of excuses, and I still have not received my refund. They can't credit the card you used because their system won't allow it. Their global connection is down or some junk excuse. The service they promise you is a lie. They say they have names of people who are looking for the car you have and they will get them to call you. Even after 90 days, not a single call came from this service. Each time I made any attempt at contact I received an assurance that was never true.
Do not give them your money. Its a scam.
