I was mailed out a letter stating that De-Lotto North America had been trying unsuccessfully to contact me, that I had won 125, 000, 000 dollars from a lottery pool. There was a check enclosed in the amount of 4875 dollars and I had to first wire 2875 for government taxes before I could receive the rest of the winnings. I tried repeatly to call the number listed and got no one. The letter said not to attempt to cash the check until I spoke with someone.
