I also received a letter from the DE-LOTTO North AMERICAN Sweepstakes Lottery. They are using a different financial company to try to pass off the letter as legitimate. They also used West Milton State Bank in Watsontown, PA. as the bank for the account. The letter advises that you not cash it until you call the number included in the letter. The names used are Joseph I. Peters and Mr. Howard Richard.
