Ripoff

I am deaf and my boyfirend picked the phone from Toronto. He inpterpreter for me that they said I am qualified for mastercard and visa card $2, 000 and $2, 500. I so exciting and I gave them from my check account number for $199.00 then they gave to me a pin number is 1515 for cash out. They told me it will shipping to my house within 10 to 14 days. It happen on June 27, 2002.

Next 14 days from June 27, 2002. I though it would be little late from the shipping. I decied to made called this number is (416) 488-4664. They told me that it will shipping soon as possible. So I waiting for about 2 weeks but it still nothing!

It amlost end of July. I received the mail the bank statement of account. It been taken from my check $199! on July 3, 2002. I so upset they didn't send me for credit cards from the shipping. On Aug. 7, 2002, I made called to the custom srecice of First Capital. I never know get their name person told me that it will shipping to my house and then hung up on me. I called them back and it answer machine. My boyfirend made repeated phone called for me. I really hopfully somebody will help me. They hurt me and people who had same problem as mine.
