Is a dishonest fraudulent consumer ripoff scam company

They made debit, but no credit card issued at time specified... I was called by a Craig Goodwin on June 20, 2002, he told me I would recieve a Mastercard with $2000 limit and it would be delivered on June 25, 2002 and when I recieved it I could withdrawl $200 from it and put it in my checking account So that on June 28, 2002 they could debit my account. But I never recieved that card and my account was debied anyway. When I call the number given they either hang up or I get the run around, I'm a single mother and have a handicapped son and that $200 is alot and now I don't know how I'm going to make through the month. Plus I thought it was a good deal so my oldest son also agreed to a Mastercard with the money being debited from his account. So now we're out $400 and have no cards. Please Help keeep these people from ripping off other none suspecting people. SharonPleasanton, Kansas
