I watched their commercial on TV in Aug, 2010 and thought it's a good idea to sell my unwanted gold, but it turns out to become a nightmare. my tracking number is CHMN 4297-2888-0991-6517-863-00000. and this is canada post tracking number. 7288809916517863. anyone can see that they received my gold in August.
I sent in my gold in Aug and called in three weeks after. They said the sent my cheque in the wrong address which I think it's a big lie because they had no problem to send me an envelope for my gold.
I kept on calling until Oct 4. finally, one of the CSR said the amount will be resettled and will send me a cheque in two weeks, but I still don't have the cheque.
I kept on calling, but CSR just said to me there is nothing I can do about it but waiting. I think the name of CRS is Nicole, and she turned down my request to talk to manager, Tracy.
they are a big liar. they said the customers will receive the cheque in two weeks after they receive the gold. The gold I sent to them is not much, but I hate a company like that- so dishonest. I hope people don't do business with them.
