This is by far the shadiest company I have ever experienced. Nearly took 500$ from me for the worst hair products ever. They do an automatic payment through your credit card so when I tried to cancel, I was on the phone for an hour, with no on answering (obviously) because this company is a scam. The website doesn't have any customer service feedback either. I had to cancel my card... got a bill for $70 when I didnt get any products and then I refused to pay so they sent my bill to a collections agency. I just paid it so they would leave me alone and not ruin my credit. THEN, they send me a letter saying they are going to send me more $70 hair conditioner and they wanted a payment. I called their number they sent me, which seemed to be different this time: 1-800-964-1892 Finally I am free. CHAZ DEAN SHOULD BE SEWED.
