I had an argument with my manager yesterday, and today she fired me because she didnt want to work with me anymore. when i was hired they said in the orientation that there were steps/ways to deal with problems at the workplace and not one of these were implemented - i was simply "let go" same day by the manager who had a problem with me and because shes a power tripper with the ability to f*ck around at that place and do as she wants, what can i say or do??
i won the C.H.A.M.P.S employee of the month award and was given a christmas bonus by the city manager (not everyone got one, only the "good workers" as i was told) i was even told that i was a good hard worker while she was "letting me go". her decision was personally driven and not in any interest of the company. it sucks to be fired under these circumstances, as i was performing my job duties in a timely manner and with recognition of a job well done.
