My new palm pre

I received a new palm pre because I had upgrade points. I have had This phone for 3 weeks. It turns off 10 to 15 times a day. I have reset and upgraded. The on off button is not on properly, the key pad is lifting up. I have sent emails to the Regional manager, no response. left messages for the store manager 3days ago, no response. I suggest NO ONE EVER USE THE BELL STORE AT SQUARE ONE
