Shirt not mailed in a timely manner, customer service is unresponsive

I ordered and received confirmation on 12/26/08 that my package had been sent. I paid for 3 day shipping to a location where my family was gathering. The package arrived 6 business days later, 1/6/09, after we left for home. Calls and e-mails to the company have gone unnoticed.
