I ordered Falcon Crest on April 9, 2007. E-Media provided a tracking number through _post. However no package arrived. John jacobs blamed the mail company. Ripoff Internet

E-Media advertised Falcon Crest DVD's for sale. I gave them my credit card number and they charged me $200.00.

They constantly provided excuses and promises, as to why i did not get my product in a timely manner. They have a relationship with, or created a company called Canada Post, do not know if it is a legitimate postal service.

After 8 weeks of lying I realized that the company is a scam. how do you avoid this type of crime?
